With over 6 years of proven expertise in high-value real estate transactions—ranging from premium residences to landmark commercial spaces—Hrishikesh has successfully closed deals worth ₹5 Cr+ and built a reputation for trust, transparency, and performance.

Before founding Estate Vault, Hrishikesh honed his skills at Panchshil Realty, where he played a pivotal role in marquee projects such as Trump Towers Pune, Yoo Pune, and EON Waterfront. His strong background in sales management, deep understanding of RERA regulations, and hands-on approach with both brokers and clients set the foundation for Estate Vault’s “Luxury for the Top 1%” positioning.
